Dentix laboratory is committed to providing high-quality dental restorations and prosthetics. Our products are crafted with precision and care using top-tier materials and industry-leading techniques. The following warranty outlines our commitment to quality and your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant our dental restorations and prosthetic devices to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use. The warranty applies only to the original prescribing dentist and is non-transferable.

Product Warranty Period

Zirconia Crowns & Bridges - 5 Years

Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal (PFM) - 3 Years

Full Cast Restorations (Gold) - 5 Years 

All-Ceramic Restorations - 3 Years

Dentures & Partials - 1 Year

Night Guards / Occlusal Appliances - 6 Months

Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  • The product was fabricated by Dentix laboratory.

  • The case was seated by a licensed dental professional.

  • The product was used under normal intraoral conditions.

  • Proper preparation and impression techniques were used.

  • The restoration has not been altered, repaired, or adjusted by anyone other than [Lab Name].

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Failures due to accidents, misuse, or abuse by the patient.

  • Improper fit due to inaccurate impressions or bite registrations.

  • Damages from improper occlusion or lack of necessary occlusal guards in bruxism cases.

  • Restoration failure due to trauma, changes in the patient’s oral condition, or periodontal disease.

  • Temporary or provisional restorations.

Remake/Repair Process

If a product fails within the warranty period due to a material or workmanship defect:

  • Contact our lab with the original case number and details of the issue.

  • Return the restoration, along with a new impression and prescription.

  • After technician evaluation and approval, we will remake or repair the product at no charge.

Note: Additional fees may apply if the failure is determined to be outside the warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Dentix laboratory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
